A native New Yorker, Lisa started her career in music at indie Razor & Tie, in Media Sales, where she handled DM for hits such as Monsters Of Rock and Monster Ballads. Lisa moved to Arista Records/BMG, her home for 5+ years, and worked in National Sales and International Marketing, respectively. Lisa worked on the projects of Arista's most successful artists including Santana (Supernatural, Shaman), OutKast (Aquemini, Stankonia, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below), Dido (No Angel, Life For Rent), Whitney Houston (My Love Is Your Love, Just Whitney), Usher (8701, Confessions), and Sarah McLachlan (Surfacing, Afterglow).

After relocating to London, Lisa shifted gears and worked in the Art industry, first at a contemporary art gallery and then an antiques dealer, both in Sales capacities. Realising her home in the music industry, Lisa now co-manages Arising Artist, and believes ‘Arising Artist offers a wholly unique service, where artists, managers, and repertoire owners can educate and empower themselves to the inner-workings of the UK music industry and all of nuances, traditions, and tools.’
