Sarah Thirtle

Booking Agent

Sarah started her career in live music as a booker and promoter at Plum Music – a small, independent live promotions company specialising in discovering and nurturing new talent. During her time at Plum Music Sarah booked many London shows for acts who are now doing very well indeed: Editors, Keane, Jose Gonzales, Hot Chip, James Yuill to name a few. Sarah left Plum Music in 2007 to set up her own live booking agency – Fantastic Artist Booking Agency – and pulled together a roster of new artists. The aim was to kick off successful live music careers for those acts the Sarah felt most passionate and excited about. Over the next couple of years she has helped build the live careers of a number of exciting new artists including Swimming, Choir of Young Believers and Bright Light Bright Light, putting together UK and European tours and festival bookings. The Fantastic Artist Booking Agency roster grows from strength to strength including acts from the USA, Canada and Europe. Current hot tips on the roster are A Genuine Freakshow, The Woe Betides and The Mountains and the Trees.
