Management
Management plays a major role in the development and maintenance of a band or artis t's career in the business of music. The Manager oversees various career issues and critical decisions that a band or artist faces, including contracts, promotions, marketing, PR and branding, and helps artists’ careers by forging relationships with music producers, record companies, agents, and of course, the public!
A manager will bring on the right people to work a project, and if managing a signed artist or band, liaise with the record company and or publisher, regarding campaigns and releases. The manager is the band's spokesperson and contact point for all involved parties and is an integral part of the team.
